We know you want your order fast. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship, when we ship, and what to expect once your order is on its way.

 

Free Shipping - United States

We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $45. Orders under $45 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

No promo code needed. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

 

Processing Time

All products are made to order. After you place your order, please allow:

• 2-5 business days for your item to be printed and prepared for shipment

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the facility.

 

US Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
• Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7-13 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier volume. We ship from US-based facilities to keep your wait as short as possible.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $12-15 depending on your location, calculated at checkout.

International delivery times:

• Canada, UK, Australia: 10-20 business days
• Rest of world: 2-4 weeks
 

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside our control.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the tracking link in that email or by visiting our Track My Order page on our website.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package has not moved in more than 10 business days (US) or 30 days (international), please contact us at support@femaleproblemss.com. We will investigate and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@femaleproblemss.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update it at no charge. If it has already shipped, we cannot redirect the package and may not be able to issue a refund for address errors.

 

Holidays and Peak Seasons

During major US holidays and peak shopping periods (November-December), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend ordering early during these periods.
